roladin
As in the sweetest legends, Roladin was born as the brainchild of two recipe-making brothers, Kobi and Avi Hakak. The two prepared homemade, handmade pastries and sold them door-to-door. In 1989, Kobi and Avi opened a small shop in Ramat HaSharon, and several years later, their older brother David Keinan joined them in developing the branches.
The rest, as they say, is history.
Roladin steadily grew. Businessman Golan Einat joined the company as a partner and helped the chain grow. Today, the chain comprises 85 branches deployed nationally, which offer boutique pastries and high-quality Italian coffee, ground on the spot; and 6 additional branches are planned for the future. In 4 of the branches you will find quality coffeeshops with a varied dairy meal menu.
Roladin's Mamilla branch in Jerusalem was established in 2007 as the first of five branches in Jerusalem. A bakery-coffeeshop branch, it features a dairy restaurant menu offering pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, toast sandwiches and many other creative surprises.
There is also a rich variety of breakfasts every day. The coffeeshop has 220 seats, is suitable for private and business events and provides its customers with a variety of optional catering services.
We will gladly host you on the spectacular veranda overlooking the Old City's walls and the Sultan's Pool.
